Spring Whitewater Rafting
April, May, June

April and early May are primetime whitewater months, with an excellent combination of good water and weather! Try your hand at the tight technical whitewater that the Lehigh's numerous rapids have to offer this spring. A sense of teamwork and adventure is required during the 4 to 5 hours you will spend on the water. You will get wet, laugh, and love every minute of it. A ticket on the Lehigh in the spring offers a great chance to enjoy an exciting and healthy day of whitewater exhilaration. Whitewater trips run everyday from mid-March thru June and mid-September thru October. People ages 8 and older are eligible to take this trip. No experience is necessary!

We provide all necessary equipment and shuttle service to and from the river. Your guide will give you our famous and funny river-running briefing, which covers everything you'll need to know to enjoy your adventure. Rates begin at $29.95. See RATES page for details.

Summer Floatrips - Family Rafting
June, July, August, & September

Bring along the whole family this summer and enjoy a fun-filled family-style floatrip! This section of the Lehigh is simply perfect for beginners, church groups, school groups, scouts, and kids ages 4 and older. Eight miles and 4 - 5 hours long, the plentiful riffles and mild water of the Lehigh are occasionally interspersed with a touch of Class II - III whitewater. This is just perfect for enjoying the passing scenery, kicking your feet over the edge of the raft, or taking a swim in the river if you'd like!

One of the most unique things about our summer rafting trips is our FREE RIVERSIDE BARBEQUE - cooked and served in our very own riverside meadow. Here you will find hotdogs, potato salad, watermelon, etc...the classic family pleasure! Floatrips run daily June into September. Fall Whitewater Rafting
September & October

Weather, river, and natural colors all add up to the Lehigh coming alive in one of the Gorge's greatest demonstrations of beauty. From traditionally sunny September to cooler and colorful October, Pocono Whitewater rolls out the carpet. THE THIRD SATURDAY of SEPTEMBER is one of our scheduled Whitewater Dam Release dates. This day fills up fast with warm weather and the Pocono Mountains just beginning their fall dance of color. THE FIRST SATURDAY of OCTOBER kicks off the autumn with our Foliage Fest. This Whitewater Dam Release makes for a spectacular day of rafting topped off with our annual Harvest Fest Celebration. THE THIRD SATURDAY of OCTOBER is our annual End-of-the-Year-Party!
